Bill is the Managing Partner of the Management Committee of Ottenheimer Baker with diverse practice areas including banking law, commercial law as well as extensive real estate and general commercial interests.
Bill received Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador and a Law degree from Dalhousie University. For the past 25 years, he has represented a broad scope of clients in real estate development, banking, accounting, medical distribution, fishing interests as well as numerous charitable organizations.
Bill is a Director of Newfoundland Titles Inc., an agent of First Canadian Title Insurance Company and a Trustee of the Eastern Regional Integrated Health Authority. Bill is also on the Board of Directors of Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada and HIROC Management Limited.
