Trudy is a Partner with Ottenheimer Baker specializing in personal injury, insurance law, administrative law, and employment law.
Trudy is an experienced litigator with trial, appeal and administrative review experience before the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador. As well, she has extensive experience before administrative tribunals including the Workplace Health and Safety Commission Review Division and various regulatory bodies. Trudy is a member of the Human Investigation Committee of Memorial University’s Medical School, a sessional lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University and a former director with the Victorian Order of Nurses.
