Kerry is a Partner at Ottenheimer Baker with a practice in wills and estates and providing strategic advice for clients requiring trusts and wealth management. Kerry’s practice also includes litigation, with experience in a broad spectrum of representation from tribunal presentations to actions in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court Trial Division of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Kerry is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and also served as an adjudicator for the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission. Since 2004, Kerry has been guest lecturing at Memorial University’s School of Nursing on professional liability and more recently has taught Business Law at Memorial University.
Kerry is an active member of the Rotary Club of St. John’s North West.
